Sodalis Asset Register (SodalisAR) is an online portal on which details of your personal assets are kept safe, in trust for your Next of Kin who will only have access to this information upon your demise.

This online service enables you to conveniently create and continuously update a personal asset database in a secure manner without the need to inform your Next of Kin about them whiles you are still alive, because they will be issued your Asset Report upon your demise.

The Asset Report is, however, not a Will. Inheritance of your assets would still be subject to your Will and the laws of your country.

ABOUT SODALIS PARTNERS LIMITED

Sodalis Partners Limited, based in Ghana, is a limited liability company with a mission to serve the world with simple technology solutions to common challenges.

The company was formed in March 2017 to provide e-commerce solutions including data management services. It is therefore registered with the National Data Protection Commission of Ghana as a Data Controller, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). This means that our activities are regulated by the government to ensure that information within our control is protected from abuse.

Below are profiles of our key executives:

Managing Director – Mabrouk Z. Adam

Mabrouk is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company, providing general insight into innovation, and business development.

His professional background is Banking and Finance, with specific experience in Corporate Banking, Credit Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Customer Service Management. These experiences were gathered from reputable international financial institutions (Absa Bank Ghana Limited and FirstBank Group. He also has experience in Non-Bank Financial Institutions.

Mabrouk holds an MBA in Finance from Coventry University, UK, and two degrees from the University of Ghana, Legon (Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Science (BSc)). 

Executive Director, Financial Assets – Samuel Asafu-Agyei

Samuel leads the Sales team with so much skill and dexterity.

He has worked in academia, food processing and hospitality management before starting a career in Investment Banking at IC Securities Limited, and later moving on into FinTech at Zeepay Ghana.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) Degree, and Master of Philosophy (MPhil) Degree from the University of Ghana, Legon, and Certificate in Securities Management from the Ghana Stock Exchange.
